Refunds/Returns/Exchanges/Order Cancellations:

I do NOT except any refunds/returns/exchanges/or cancellations. Once an order has been placed, it can not be canceled or refunded. Please choose your size accurately. Any local jewelry store will size you for free but if you need additional help, feel free to reach out via email or Instagram message.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Package:

In the event of a USPS delivery problem, replacements are not provided. Shipments come with insurance up to $100 through USPS. Any missing/damaged packages should be dealt with using the USPS insurance claim system.

If an item is marked as “delivered” by USPS but the customer cannot locate it, refunds and replacements are not provided. Returns of duplicate orders are not accepted.

Custom Jewelry Requests:

My all-time favorite pieces to create are custom pieces! If you would like to order a custom piece, I would love if you'd email or direct message me via Instagram. We can figure out the perfect design for you. Once we figure out the general design of your piece, I will give you an estimated total. All customs require a 30% deposit of the estimated total that will go towards the final price of your piece. This deposit is non-refundable.

Made to Order/Custom Piece Turnaround Time:

Made to order pieces are made custom to your size and/or preference. In that case, I may need to order the correct materials to complete your piece. The timing of the completion and shipping of these pieces may vary between 4-6 weeks. 

One of a kind custom pieces may take longer (typically 5-7 weeks), depending on your design and what materials are needed in order for completion. I will let you know when your piece is expected to be complete after we decide on your design.

If you need a piece by a specific date please let me know as soon as you place your order so I can try to accommodate you. All packages are shipped and insured by USPS up to $100. I’d be happy to upgrade the insurance on your package, if that’s preferred. To upgrade shipping, email me after your order has been placed. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Jewelry Care:

All jewelry is handcrafted from sterling silver (.925) and/or fine silver (.999) . All stones used are authentic and sourced from small lapidary artists. Keep your jewelry out of water and away from chemicals and cleaners to maintain its quality. Keeping your jewelry in a dry, safe space is recommended. By doing this, you will be able to slow down the tarnishing/patina look on the silver. If a tarnished look does appear on your jewelry that you’re unsatisfied with, you can use a soft jewelry polishing cloth to clean it. 

Repairs:
If for any reason, a piece you have purchased from me is in need of a repair, please email me or message me through Instagram and I will do my best to fix it. I do not resize rings.
